At Portland Gear®, we want you to love your purchase as much as we love our city, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unwashed and unworn items. Whether the fit isn't right or you've changed your mind, we are here to make the process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Affix the label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or your local Portland Gear flagship store.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new gear within 5-7 business days.
